This is the all-time favorite kid smoothie at the Right Bite. I have made it for countless school groups, scout troops, and sleepovers, and it is a winner every time!

  • 1c spinach or kale
  • 1c water
  • 1 banana (frozen is great)
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • ½ c frozen mango
  • ½ c frozen pineapple

  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1/4 cup avocado
  • 1/2 cup 100% cranberry or pomegranate juice
  • 1 small chunk fresh ginger root
  • 1 cup spinach or kale
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or 1/2 banana, optional to cut tartness of cranberry juice

pineapple ginger smoothie

  • 1 cup kale or spinach
  • 1/4 cup avocado
